Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a Sanskrit term often employed to describe a broad range of yoga styles. Vinyasa can be decoded from its root words Nyasa denoting “to place” and vi denoting “in a special way.” It symbolizes a flowing, dynamic form of yoga, where postures are linked together using breath. All yoga classes are very suitable for both beginners and more advanced students who want to improve their technical skills!
Vinyasa IIThis lesson provides a good alternative or addition to training in a regular gym. In these lessons we train strength and mindfulness. Due to the practice of consecutive yoga positions at a higher speed these lessons are quite demanding! Strength, enforcing our abdominal muscles, flexibility form the keywords here. We end each training with some relaxation exercises. It´s an impassionate training with plenty of challenge for everyone!
Vinyasa IIn this lesson we combine yoga stretching exercises with relaxation. We start with a short meditation and some breathing exercises. We continue the lesson with some yoga positions. Between each position there is time for a moment of relaxation. This will lead to a more balanced emotional wellbeing. It also will keep our bodies fit and healthy! It´s an ideal lesson after a stressful week or to improve deeper and more effective sleeping.
